Our Chayalim Are Living On Bases That Don't Have Mezuzot

OUR SOLDIERS ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR US

Since 1948, the soldiers of the IDF have been defending both the people of the land of Israel as well as Jews across the globe. They sacrifice day and night, years of their young lives, and months of reserve duty through middle age, to protect our nation, our people, our way of life.

They are doing so much for us but are we doing enough for them?

IDF BASES ARE IN NEED OF MEZUZOT

When our soldiers serve in the IDF we equip them with helmets, bulletproof vests, safety googles…but we still haven’t equipped them all with the spiritual protection they deserve.

Soldiers are living and sleeping on bases that don’t have a mezuzah in every doorway.

With over 100 IDF bases around Israel, some housing upwards of 3,000 soldiers and countless other smaller outposts, the need for mezuzot is currently in the 10s of thousands.

It’s time we do everything we can to protect them

A mezuzah is a promise of spiritual protection for all those living within.

While most of us don’t fight in the IDF, the Jews of the Diaspora can come together and help provide the spiritual protection our soldiers ought to have. Each family can give one mezuzah for the entire family or one for each family member.

Together we can ensure that every IDF doorway has a kosher mezuzah.
